2026 Goals
Communication/Enhancement/Safety/Low Cost
1. Improve lawn maintenance Program, by setting standards and opening new bids. Done
2. Repair the Brick on the neighborhood signs. (TBD) Sept In Progress
3. Improve neighborhood communication with a dedicated way for groups to connect beyond Facebook privately. Done
4. Add doggy waste stations. Done
5. Add Pine Straw and Mulch to Flowerbeds and Trees. Done
6. Road Repair work where sink holes where visible. Done
7. Kick Start Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program. In Progress

Kids Playground
The playground surface has deteriorated and is no longer safe for children. To protect residents, the area has been taped off and temporarily closed until repairs are completed.
What’s happening now:

Resurfacing and safety upgrades planned

Neighborhood Signs
Our brick entrance signs have visible damage and require masonry repair and resurfacing.
Current status:

Bids are being collected from qualified masonry vendors

Scope includes resurfacing, brick repair, and long–term preservation
